I cant believe the conditions in this hotel - the hotel rooms were disgusting. Stains on the doona, the carpets were not vaccuumed under the beds where there were crumbs, empty pill packets and a champagne cork. We have stayed here a couple of times before and after tramps/hikes in the great south west of New Zealand.
