Spectacular view with friendly and accomodating staff. Truely felt the hotel had everything to offer one could ask for or expect. Only down factor would be the location, a little ways from downtown and all the action, and up a hill. Leisure activities accomodate for pick-up and drop-off at outer location along with local bus service. More

At the Mercure we had a lovely modern, large room that contained two queen sized beds, a hair dryer, a nice flat screen TV, fridge, kettle/te&coffee and spectacular views over the lake. Very good hotel, nice location nice sized rooms and beautiful views. All the staff was very helpful and great restraunt! Would have been rated 5, but the bathroom was abit outdated. But was very happy with our stay and excellent rates :) More
