Friendly helpful staff, bedroom very large and comfortable although ours was a good distance from the lift. Evening meals were good and service was excellent. Breakfast in the morning was easy and as we generally like a small b'fast this was perfect to see you offered the $10 version, tea/coffee/toast and spreads. “Mecure Resort Queenstown”

My partner and I stayed here for 3 nights and found the hotel and its staff fantastic. The rooms were a touch dated, but clean, comfortable, very warm and WHAT A VIEW!!! I would stay here again for sure. It was a great stay.

“Great for Families”

Stayed here on Friday night. Check in and out seamless and easy. Original room had a musty smell but we were moved to a more suitable room without any quibbles and very quickly. “A peaceful Mecure sojurn”

The hotel is probably due for some redecoration but was a very pleasant plce to stay at. Great lake views from hotel rooms and the dining areas of the hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Great spa pool and gym. Away fro the rush of the village and no parking problems. Good value for money.

We loved your description of your stay with us as we do offer the tranquil peaceful option for guests who value less busy crowds and a relaxing environment. “Short stay”

This is quite an old hotel but it was perfect for our short stay in Queenstown. We didn't mind the walk to the town centre but having the bus to the door was also a bonus. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

“Timeout in Queenstown”

Staff were very obliging when TV picture was poor on a selected channel. Staff were very friendly and helpful at all tmes. Meals were of a high standard and ther were magnificent views from both Dining Rooms. The breakfast was awesome..

we stayed at this hotel to celebrate our 50th anniversary .{ wedding} my daughter selected this hotel and we were pleased with the choice. the standout thing for us was the total friendliness of the staff. this makes every thing so much more comfortable

We stayed at the Mercure Resort for three nights. When booking the hotel we knew it wasn't right in the centre of Queenstown however we didn't quite realise how far it was.
