This hotel is very good. Our room was huge clean and well appointed. Beds were comfy and the heating worked well for us. Location is great for lakeside, pub and cafes. Staff friendly and helpful. Limited Wifi both by time (2 hrs) and location (hotel lobby area). Gymnasium is good and laundry is excellent. So quiet in our room ....... More

Great value accomadation and eating, clean, warm and comfortable. Friendly staff. Great to have a good restaurant in the premise too. Right on the main street of Te Anau, but didnt hear any noise from it at night. Cold outside but nice and warm inside!

I stayed at this hotel for two days. The location is superb - right in the centre of the town. Hotels, grocery and other stores just across the street. Room was clean. Bathroom nicely finished. Staff very helpful.

A little bit dated. But considering it's in a small town like Te Anau it was a great find. Had the best location, everything was quick to get to by foot (even in bad weather was fine). Rooms were big and well maintained

We were let down a little with the treatment from staff, didnt find them very friendly. we couldnt order a mini bar because they were 'not available' however they didnt explain why. The rooms were very clean and well presented. breakfast was great and the staff member Bev was very friendly, the first person to actually make us feel welcome
