stayed for one night, all the staff and the reception area was very nice. Room was smelly and dirty, pillows had been slept on, chairs smelt like wet dog, fridge was very noisy and drinking glasses had chips on the top. Centrally located to the town centre and a very short walk to the lake, this hotel is ideally located. The hotel is quite large and the service was excellent, all the staff that we had dealings with were knowledgeable and courteous. A good place to stay and would stay again next time in the area.
