Stayed 2 nights and had only one issue - not enough tv channels. And if that is the worst then I have nothing to complain about. Here with a group of rugby mates and had a brilliant time. The management and staff were most accommodating.

Whilst the motel was a older unit the room was clean however the housekeeping service was below standard. The motel is in a good location and close to the cbd and good restraunts.

Mid City is our place of choice when in Mackay. We travel there regularly and find the combination of price and location perfect for our needs. The decor is a bit faded but the rooms are spotless! I was recently in mackay on business and stayed at the motor inn, It is obvious that the bathroom had been recently renovated it was so warm and compfortable and a pleasure to stay there and will definatly be back! The meals from the restaurant were fantastic thanks very much mid city for great service.

The placed seemed clean and bed was comfortable. It is a bit of a walk to the heart of town. Light switches are a bit hard to find in the room and I found out I wasn't the only one with this problem.
