Stayed one night, nice pool and pleasant reception. Ok room but showing its age and while ncie to not have to carry bag upstairs, little privacy with other patrons cars parked in front of room. Closing the curtain to get some privacy made it very gloomy. Not super comfortable bed.

After breaking down in my car, this was the only motel in Mackay to answer my telephone call late at night. Gary, the onsite manager, was very helpful with arranging a room and providing assistance the next day to get repairs. The motel offers good food service in generous sized rooms. Would recommend based on service alone!

Had a nice night here, rooms are a bit dated but who cares when they are clean and spacious. Great position, bottle shop in walking distance and great bowls club a few steps away. I would stay again.
