I stayed here for one night on my way through for work. Very clean and tidy motel with very friendly staff. The only down side (in which would be the case for most motels located along James St) was the small amount of traffic noise. I would not hesitate in staying here again in the future.

The Highlander was a great place to stay as we were going back and forth to the hospital. It is close to the main shopping centre, Grand Central, Toowoomba Base Hospital and Margaret St which has lots of restaurants and eateries. All the staff were kind, friendly and always helpful. Will definitely stay here again when in Toowoomba.

I stayed for three nights and was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and comfort of the bed. The meals I had were also excellent. The location is good, very close to the main shopping centres and right on a main highway.
