If you want peace and quiet with unobtrusive hosts then this is great. Clean, restful with excellent decor Lovely gardens and trees.. This is combined with its location...... 5 mins walk to the centre of the city. Breakfast was simple but well done ..... again great unobstrusive service. Thankyou!!!

Really great large rooms, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and quiet off street location. Everything you want but paper thin walls and ceilings make you feel like next doors conversation/shower/toilet (you get the idea) is in the same room as you.

We stayed at Fiona's in February as a group of three couples and would thoroughly recommend it. The rooms were all immaculate and gardens beautiful. Easy walking distance to several restaurants. Breakfast served in the large dining room was delightful. Some B&Bs can seem a bit "hit and miss". Fiona's was absolutely spot on, highly recommend.

Stayed with friends for a girls shopping weekend and found the location perfect!! Breaky was sensational! Yum! The sofa bed was terribly uncomfortable, as was the couch, but luckily we weren't there to sleep and sit on a couch! Excellent value!

We had a great spot close to town, could walk into town, When staff were approached there was no problems to help us.The bed was made every day, and the room was cleaned as well, towels changed as well. Greatly appreciated.
