What you would call an average Motel. What makes it stand out is wonderful service. its clean and very comfortable for a 3 star rating what more could you ask for.. its also Cheap and affordable.Very authentic ,highly recommend .

What you would call an average Motel. What makes it stand out is wonderful service. Very helpful with information on the Ballarat area. The owners also cook for the Motel. As someone who follows food I can say their fried rice was the best we have every tasted. Very authentic ,highly recommend .

In addition to various, poorly done signs stuck to the walls describing the dos and don'ts of staying there, we were given a room with wet carpet due o an urgent clean up. Stayed here recently for 2 nights in the family room. Rooms are comfortable enough and spacious having the extra room, but overall the whole Motor Inn could do with an update & refurbishment. The curtains dont meet for privacy at night, the tap dripped constantly in the bathroom, the toilet leaked onto the floor, no fan working in the bathroom... More
