We liked this place. The room was nice and cosy, the receptionists were very polite, the cooked breakfast was good and costed only $12. The hotel is located just 10 min. walk from the Geelong waterfront.

Stayed here recently for three nights with a group of friends. The buildings are looking tired and our bathroom could have done with a makeover. On the other hand, the breakfast was great - lovely selection of continental breakfast options. Very comfortable bed and enjoyed a great night's sleep.
