Stayed at the highly reviewed Railway Hotel last year, at this time and was disgusted! Rydges represents outstanding quality, service & value. Clean, spacious and well maintained, with polite & courteous staff. Highly recommended.

Great place to stay, accommodation to rival anything in Perth. Great comfy beds and great bathroom with spa. Good service and good dining room attached to hotel. Busy so book. Stayed at the Rydges for business and was so impressed by the size and cleanliness of the room. Have stayed before and not been disappointed. Room was nice, people were nice, there's a lot to like about it. I was particularly impressed that it was a good "continental" breakfast because I reckon a lot of places are really lazy with the Continental. For example, the fruit is all out of a can. Spent 3 nights here May 2013- very comfortable and well appointed rooms. The bathroom was comparable with 5 star hotels in other parts of the world.
