This place is by no means luxury, which is what the management want you to believe. They've even gone as far as making sure all google links indicate this place is 5 star luxury. Coolum Seaside is not a 'hotel' so don't expect room service or 24 hr concierge, however Coolum Seaside is an excellent standard of apartments. This place is like a best west western motel. The vinyl bright green sofa in our apartment along with the hidious bedspreads is far from 'luxury' as they put it. How they received 5 stars and why this place is rated so high on trip advisor is beyond me. More
