What we liked: staff assisted you to the site to make sure your rig (ours 12.5 metres) would fit and they pointed out the hook ups. Grassed sites with shade. Our dogs were welcome. Access to resort facilities: the swimming pool is gorgeous and very refreshing on a hot day. Amenities were good.in summary: great caravan park with excellent facilities,... More

Thoroughly recommend a day out on this enormous lake on the Kimberley Cat (catamaran) and then when you disembark at sunset stay overnight in the new villas at the Lake Argyle Resort. The setting high above the lake is superb, the villa was very well appointed. Do not expect anything but peace - TV, wifi and phones all problematic. But... More

We tossed a coin and drove in and stayed in a powered caravan site. The staff were very professional and friendly. Showers were average and pool was very cold. Amazing location and the sunset cruise was definitely worth it. Lots of mozzies though and take caravan levellers as some sites are on a good sideways lean. Overall, we were very... More

It's not hard to sell this location, it's a beautiful beautiful location. The infinity pool at the resort is one of those once in a lifetime experiences. It's a great shame that when people are selling a great product, that they know full well that customers want, that they allow good old customer service to go out the door. We... More

We stayed in town at Kununurra & were tossing up whether to stay out at Lake Argyle or keep going through to NT. I'm so glad we chose to stay the 2 nights there! Our caravan spot was green & full shade all day, staff made us feel so welcome from our arrival & were only too happy to help... More

We stayed in one of the chalets at this resort and were blown away by the view from our apartment. The whole site was lovely and the infinity pool pretty spectacular. The staff we met - from the ladies in the shop to the owners Leanne, Gary and Charlie - were all really friendly and knowledgeable. They seemed to genuinely... More

We recently stayed at Lake Argyle Resort with visiting family from Scotland. We had one of the new family 4 bedroom villa's. The accommodation was amazing with uninterrupted views of the lake from an adjoining outdoor area with comfortable seating. Plenty of added tours available from both the Resort & nearby jetty. Tours of Lake Argyle by comfortable boat or... More

The hosts are very friendly & helpful from phone to internet & in person. Website spot on & even has mobile website. (which needs a pool photo) Camping was pretty much the usual grassy & shady sites. Facilities were nice warm showers & outdoor kitchen with good rules on times of use to allow weary travellers to sleep. The pool... More

What was initially meant to be a 2 night stay, turned quite quickly into a 4 night stay. The Lake Argyle Resort is amazing. The staff (Leanne, Kim, Di, Di, Dave Chris and more) made it even more memorable. The pool, food and service is all incredible. It's a fantastic place to relax, do some walks and either camp or... Stayed here for one night in the campground. Had a nice shady & grassy spot. Showers and bathrooms weren't 5 star but certainly did the trick. The camp kitchen offered only the basics, toaster, kettle, fridge, and bbq. But the pool! awesome, awesome, beautiful view. I can imagine in peak season it would be packed, but we had it almost...
