On arrival we found a lovely, peaceful, spotlessly well appointed converted farm right on the edge of the stunning North York Moors. “I dont know which is better”

Sometimes you meet a person who is a natural host - Ash is just that kind of person - A real character and really committed to making your stay a success. Great rooms tremendous breakfast and next to one of the best Restaurants in the North East -what more could you want.

“Very relaxing”

We stayed here last weekend and were instantly impressed by the friendly welcome from Andy at 10pm. The room was immaculate and the cooked breakfast was really tasty. We stayed in the barn conversion which was very comfortable and nicely appointed. I feel the three-bedroomed building with its own lounge would be perfect for groups or families. Our breakfast was in the large farmhouse kitchen which was the perfect end to a very pleasant stay. The host, Ashley, is very friendly and accommodating. Thoroughly recommended!
