Cheap & cheerful, beats camping, FINALLY got the heater turned on. Room was clean, smallish, bathroom is in need of an update. Bed very comfortable, two lounge chairs were too hard and uncomfortable to sit in. No in room phone. Cooma lacks good quality accommodation.

So clean, very impressive country motel and such good value. Bed firmly comfortable, small bathroom, good sized fridge, absolutely nothing to complain about. Easily comfortable for an overnight stay. Friendly, easy check in and advice on where to eat in town.

We recently had an overnight stop here in Cooma and were most impressed not only with the delightful reception but found it to be one of the cleanest motels we have ever stayed in with quality furnishings and bedding. The biggest plus was that they also allowed us to have our small dog and we all enjoyed a most comfortable... More

Me and a fellow worker stayed here during peek snow season of 2012. During our week long stay we found the motel staff to be very polite and respectful to our needs. The onsite Thai restaurant made good sized food and the male chef/owner had a great humorous and friendly nature. The rooms where sufficient and the automatic in room... More

Nothing outstanding but a good all-round package. Becoming a little elderly but still offering a genuinely welcoming, comfortable and quiet experience. Excellent hosts who were happy to accommodate any request. Didn't dine in the restaurant but spoke to a few people who did and described it as good value and tasty. Beds are comfortable and bathroom, although quite dated did... More

What a delight. Looks average from the outside. Inside, the superior room was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. Bright and comfortable. There is some noise from the highway. But I've stayed in worse 5 star hotels in capital city CBDs (including Paris). Good location within walking distance of shops.

Stayed at this motel twice in the last two months while doing research into my family tree. Room was very clean on entering it. The bed was very comfortable...there is a little bit of road noise from the highway but it is minimal at best. There's a KFC and McDonald's just 400m down the road but try the Alpine Hotel... More

Loved this Lodge, anonymousl, quiet & laid back, but friendly & easy in a lazy little country town. A perfectly formed Motel...really worth the stop over to unwind after hours of driving. Credit to the management the rooms have SOFAS! So you feel at home, we, the travellers should drag all the MEAN Lodge Owners, who DO NOT provide sofas... More
