“Great atmosphere!”

My boyfriend and I spent the Easter long weekend at Diamond Beach Resort. We had an amazing time and the atmosphere was amazing. Sharyn and Gabe are great and really lovely people. We had a lovely visit from the peacock, who came right up to our door to have breakfast with us.

A lovely place to stay in Diamond Beach and a pleasant change from tired roadside motels that we considered staying at on our family road trip. The location is first rate (right on the beach), the staff and hosts are lovely and the rooms and facilities are the best value that we found anywhere between Sydney and the Queensland border.... “THE place to stay- a true piece of paradise!”

This resort has been taken over by a wonderfully fun and friendly couple- Sharyn and Gabe- who have done a fantastic job with renovating and rejuvenating the tired old motel. First Wedding at the property, would not recommend these hosts, Sharyn & Gabriel, to anyone, especially not such an important event. We stayed 4 nights to prep our wedding. 10 days b/4 our wedding, we received an abusive phonecall from male owner , taking liberties because we read our contract as having use of the kitchen fridge to store food...
