Room smelt stale, was very small, pillows uncomfortable, didn't smell clean. Very basic, not even tissues in bathroom, coffee & tea basic. Don't know how they achieved star rating. Bypass them next time.

I've stayed in this very nice motel for many times. The restaurant is excellent, the bar well equipped and the fireplaces are gat especially on cold winter nights. The rooms are good and typical, just getting a bit old. Service is excellent and friendly and I can only recommend this one.

Endorse what many reviewers have said here about this motel (should have read them before we stayed there!!) Looked OK from the street but overpriced - 3 star accomodation at a 41/2 star price. Rude reception staff (don't think he is cut out for this job) Knew enough not to eat there - thank God. Suggest you stay somewhere else.
