Went down as part of a group. Advertises a lounge area but it was locked from 10.30am until 4pm and then again locked after 8pm. Were sent to our rooms like school kids. Do not stay here!!! The communal lounge area closes at 8pm. The manager was very rude when asking us to leave this area at 8pm. Steve the Brit at the desk is a wealth of local knowledge and a great guy. The rooms were clean and roomy. The lift was not working so it may be wise to call ahead if you need a lift due to a disability or heavy luggage. The balcony from the lobby overlooking the lake is fantastic.
