Great location, walking distance to town. Boat houses are clean and comfortable and fulfills basic needs. Lovely wood burner was excellent on chilly nights. The new owners have only been there 3 weeks and definitely have some general maintenance to carry out. Overall, nice and would stay there again.

Stopped at Rayville boat houses on a trip along the ocean road. The apartment was spacious and spotlessly clean with huge sofa's and great views from the bedrooms of the ocean. A short walk to town with breathtaking views. The only negative was that there was no lock on the bathroom door, us poms are quite reserved ! Otherwise faultless.
