Excellent room - very clean and comfortable. Nice lounge and kitchen area for guest use. Wayne, the host, was extremely friendly and welcoming even though we were late. Regretably unable to use the courtyard due to the weather on the one night we stayed. Plenty of self-help breakfast and brilliantly hosted.
