Im pretty disastsfied. I paid an inflated price over easter, expecting alot more than an outdated cabin, was tidy....not clean...hairs in shower! Just arrived home from spending the long weekend at the park with a large group of adults and kids. Our camp site was perfect- shady/close to bathrooms etc. Staff very friendly on checkin. We stayed here for 3 nights in Feb very cheaply. The very lovely staff upgraded us for free because our cabin didn't have a working air-conditioner. Really cheap compared to cabins in other parks, and so close to shops and beach! Everything was very clean and we had a lovely time (:

A great family place to stay. We often go to the Torquay Holiday Park. Torquay Holiday Park is situated next to a service station with only space for a single vehicle at the entrance in front of the boom gate. Cabin was not as clean as I would hope, although response from reception was great. Would stay there again. Jumping pillow and tennis was a hit with kids, was walking distance to shops & beach & had something for everyone. Could hire a surf board from out the front.
