We travelled with another family. They enjoyed the delightful upstairs unit 4, we enjoyed downstairs unit 2. Staff were delightful to deal with. The units were comfortable and decorated in the colonial style. Reasonably priced, and comfortable beds. No street noise to complain of. This accommodation is amazingly comfortable for a home away from home. There was nothing we needed that hadn't been provided. Good quality bedding and furniture, great kitchen facilities and wonderful views. Great family accommodation, a little way out from town but very well equipped and roomy. We would definitely stay here again. With 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom large kitchen dining, huge laundry and back garden. We took our dog and she also loved it. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, cosy home away from home. We were a family of 5, with 7yo, 3yo and a baby. Everything had been thought of, kitchen was incredibly well set up with everything we needed and more. My third stay at this establishment which is very much my preferred venue to spend a night in Albany.The central location is very convenient with just a short walk to the dining etc on the main street,the rooms are comfortable and spacious and the staff very friendly.

We stayed january 2013 while visiting for a wedding. We found the accommodation very clean ,the staff really helpful, a great location and if we stayed in Albany again would try here first. I found the parking a little tight at the rooms though there is additional parking available
