Stayed in a budget room for 2 nights and it was not good at all. The rooms and decor are really really old. And the bathroom and room were really dirty! The Esplanade Hotel is very well located just a short stroll from Busselton's lovely beaches. That is the good news...... The not so good news is the rooms that were very tired and also quite noisy. As much as it was a convenient location, value for money it was not.. We went for a quiet couple of days holiday & it was far from quiet...Had a down stairs room with rowdy people up stairs.
