to tell you true it isn't B&B accommodation, I have tried couple of 4 stars hotels in Perth CBD but this one was much better than those. the owners are lovely and very welcome. the room was very comfortable, clean and reasonable size. it is only 10 mins drive to Perth CBD

While I've stayed in many B&Bs on my travels, Como Waters is different. It doesn't match the "B&B" image that springs to mind, for it's purpose-built and looks and feels like a modern, spotless, well-appointed and highly professionally managed 4.5* hotel.
