We booked for 4 nights over easter but only stayed 3. Whilst the fascilities are clean all beds in our room were terribly uncomfortable. If you are looking for somewhere to park your car securely be warned, as the complex is a mixture of permanent residence and holiday makers there is not enough bays in the gated section for all... we stayed at the Mandurah holiday village over Christmas and New year and while the place itself was nice we did find the villa was very cramped for our family of six! We were also a little disappointed that on many occasions when we returned from outings to the beach or shops we were unable to find parking and would... More

First time holiday in Mandurah with hubby & 2 year old son. We were greeted nicely by the reception, lovely kiwi lady. Helpful and friendly, but gave some weird advice on arrival. She said when going to park your car its basically what you see is what you get, which I found very odd considering its a motel. We go... More

First up this is not five star and does not pretend to be and my review is based on this fact and I have rated it accordingly. What I found is a very pleasant establishment for an extended stay managed by very pleasant and accomodating staff. The rooms and ammentities are basic but clean and welcoming. The location is great... More

We hadn't reviewed the accommadation prior to arriving and booked a room in the morning to arrive that afternoon. We arrived after 4pm and therefore the key was put out for us. I received an SMS after completing my booking that provided a PIN number and details of where the key would be. It was made very easy for us... More

We stayed in Room 37 which was fairly clean and well equipped. Unfortunately the rudeness of the lady who checked us in spoiled the experience for us - she was extremely condescending and most unwelcoming. We were questioned as to why we had 'dared' to turn up before check in time. After a flight from Sydney to Perth and then... More

Stayed here on 24/3/2012 as a group of 5 people going to a wedding. Cheap accommodation and was clean enough but the carpet had a hole in it which the owners have filled with what looks like selley's no more gaps! And on departure you have to empty your own bins! Might as well make the beds for them as... More

We stayed here in early December 2011. We have stayed here many times before. This hotel is very cheap accomodation and very basic but has always suited out needs. Unfortunately this time this hotel was under new management who did not seem to care. When we advised(not complained) the pool had algae ,the response was " not our problem" The gardener/... More

I am 13 and my family of 8 stayed there. I loved the pool, spa, and trampolines but VERY dirty. In our room as soon as we arrived and I stepped on the carpet, I managed to put my foot on GLASS.... I now recommend vacuuming as soon as you arrive. I have a nasty scar too. We told the... More
