We found Margaret very unhelpful at every interaction. Very unfortunate for an establishment in such a great position, but suffering from being a little dated in need of a renovation. Having said that every other staff member was so helpful that it seemed like a compensation.

Great location on Hastings Street, close to beach and restaurants. Good size rooms, with cooking facilities. Partially covered pool worked for us as we experienced torrential rain and could still use the pool and spa. Friendly service from the on-site manager. We will stay again.
