Stayed in a 3 bed executive apartment on the 2nd floor facing towards Hastings St. Great apartment with everything you need for a self contained holiday. The pool was heated nicely and is partly in the shade. we didn't mind this as we are not sun lovers anyway. There is quite a bit of noise at night for the restaurant... More

We found Margaret very unhelpful at every interaction. Very unfortunate for an establishment in such a great position, but suffering from being a little dated in need of a renovation. Having said that every other staff member was so helpful that it seemed like a compensation.

Good morning 1969tc, Thank you for complementing the location of our apartments, we have arguably the best position on the south side of Hastings Street. If you found your room a little dated and in need of renovation then you would have opted to stay in one of our “Classic” apartments. These apartments are in good original condition and priced... The Emeralds location has everything going for it and only one small negative, theres a great restaurant right at the entrance (called Rococo), but therein lies the problem, as later in the evening the music from there tends to get louder- as do the patrons.but you can really only hear it from bedroom number two. And possibly not from most... More

Our 2 bedroom apartment had all the mod cons of home with enough space not to feel we were onto of each other and beautifully decorated. We stayed in a first floor apartment overlooking the main street. A little noisy with restaurant evening noise but many nights we ate on the verandah and benefited from the guitar or piano playing... This is my first review. Reading previous reviews on 'The Emerald', I was dubious about what we may experience. From the moment we stepped into a very friendly reception to our good-bye, this was the best possible choice we made for our week-end to attend a family wedding in Noosa.. Location is fabulous, right in the heartbeat of Noosa a... More

First holiday in Noosa, and it was simply amazing. It is that good we are going to make it an annual holiday! The staff at the Emarald are extremely friendly and the facilities there are also great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite (# 38). It was very spacious and perfect for our 5 day getaway. Location was simply... More

i was feeling positive when i entered the resort, beautiful garden and water features, well secured, good size pool, perfect location. When i entered our apartment I was again impressed with the size of the apartment and appearance so much so, that i ignored the fact that that there was a very obvious musty smell upon entering. I told myself that... More

Great location on Hastings Street, close to beach and restaurants. Good size rooms, with cooking facilities. Partially covered pool worked for us as we experienced torrential rain and could still use the pool and spa. Friendly service from the on-site manager. We will stay again.

Location-wise in Noosa it's great if you want to be close to the Hastings St shopping strip and main beach.. I read reviews that complained about the shady pool area - yes much of the pool area is often in shade as the pool is in the middle of the complex. To us that was a bonus as you could... More

Stayed during a girls vacation and was pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. Ample room and was clean with all the mod cons. Dear Toni, Thank you for complimenting the standard of our accommodation and our fabulous location. We believe that we offer the best accommodation for the price anywhere on Hastings Street. We apologise that you found service levels somewhat lacklustre as we tried to cope with an unexpectedly busy October. With the fabulous weather Noosa has certainly sprung to life. This... More
