Previous reviews are correct about checking with Leslie and Michael when making your reservation for an unobstructed view of the beach. Our view was only slightly partially obstructed but didnt stop us from enjoying the beach view. Next time I would try for the penthouse though. Check with Michael or Leslie to make sure you are getting the view you want. We stayed in Unit 3 and had partial water views. The penthouses seem to have the iconic sweeping beach/ocean views.
