“Good value for money”

Very good apartments, well maintained and serviced, decent size. I found soft drinks at the bar expensive at €3 for a Coke, also their onsite Supermarket was well over priced, and plenty of cheaper ones nearby. We didn't eat there, but was told the Saturday Bar-b-cue was excellent . Overall good value for money.

“Good value for money for a family with a toddler”

We had a great week at Loutsiana in May. Not in the center of Aiya Napa but a 1€ buss ride away + close to the waterpark & Makronissos beach. The facilities were good. Excellent hotel would defo recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to be in the heart of Ayia napa but still close enough to the clubs,bars and shops,bar staff(mindos) and hotel manager Andreas very friendly,goin back next year!

I've stayed at the apartment hotel for 4 nights in September 2011. The apartments were fully furnished, spacious and clean, toilet was not bad.
