We had a terrible experience: we got verbally abused by the receptionist who became physically threatening as she worked herself into a frenzy. All because we parked in the hotel carpark (due to a very ambiguous sign outside). Thoroughly unpleasant, would be worried for my safety so would never consider staying at this hotel. More
