The location. It is near the airport. Three blocks from the beach. Great free breakfast. Excellent swimming pool. My only complaint was the windows did not open. When in Puerto Rico consider this hotel you won't be disappointed, give it try.

I stayed here on a business trip last week and enjoyed my experience. It provided all the comforts I needed during my time in San Juan. It's location was ideal for all of my business meetings and for it's proximity to the airport.

We have been staying there for the last 4 yrs on vacation and is a very nice place. Great breakfast and happy hr! Nice pool area. Only bad thing is they need a renovation of the rooms! Staff are nice! Hope can stay again next year and of course i recommend it.

This was one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in! looking no further if your going to PR! I would stay here again! I won $500 at the casino which the stay even better! The staff was great very friendly . Overall just a great start to my vacation . Loved it cant wait to go back!

I had to book a hotel for a few nights while I'm in San Juan for business. This place is located close to the airport and easy access to the highway to get around. The service was the best I ever had in any of the Embassy suites I have stay in the last twenty plus years. The staff were very helpful, most especially housekeeping. The breakfast was good, could of used more fruits. The evening reception was good, it would have been nice to have some additional appetisers, in addition to the popcorn.... More
