This really old hotel ( Goethe used to stay here one day ) is very central located near the big hot Spring . Room was basic, clean, but nothing special . Bathroom was renovated and OK .

I don't recommend staying here unless you HAVE to be in Karlovy Vary and there are absolutely no other options. Then, it should be fine.

Yes, this hotel is really the worst place I've been in my life. And I paid for one night 59€. The information they give in internet is totally erroneous. it's a pity that I didn't take photos from the hotel.
