The staff are lovely and so helpful. I was upgraded to the Charles Bridge Palace after a horrible experience at Residence Bologna (which was not like what the website advised it was) Fantastic Room & location. I will definatly be recommend a stay here, i will be staying on my next visit and telling friends too as well.

The location was perfect, right next to Charles Bridge. The Hotel staff was great very helpful. Breakfest was Ok, The rooms are old but spacy, Bed was great and clean.. The only downside was that there were no baby chair at the restaurant and the baby cot was extremely uncomfortable. But overall it is hotel that I can recommend

The Charles Bridge Hotel is a cute little establishment just over the Charles Bridge. The staff are great, and the rooms (although very diverse) are generally pleasant. I originally reserved a room at Leon D'Oro, which was a cheaper hotel, but there were plumbing problems there so the mgt arranged for me to stay at Charles Bridge Palace at no additional charge. Great location, fabulous room..absolutely perfect!

Worst hotel i have ever been. The air-conditioner is a lie, it is there, but it is non-functional, one of the radiator was not working, therefore the room was cold, the Wifi in unusable in the room, it is working just in the lobby, and the worst part: WE HAD BUGS/ INSECTS in our room.
