There are definitely good and bad things about this hotel - overall, my recommendations would be, if you don't get your hopes up in the first place, you may have a pleasant stay. First of all, I would mention that it is possible that there are two separate buildings to this hotel, across the road from each other. The side... More

We booked our break through Holiday Hypermarket which included our gatwick parking and transfers to the hotel from the Prague Airport, all went like a dream. We book a superior room with a few more mod cons. Very clean and nicely laid out, only grumble was not enough hangers or storage space so lived out of the suitcase. The breakfast... More

Great location hotel nearby to local tram stop with easy access to city centre. We were placed in room in building acros the road which was satisfactory and clean. However, no facilities were provided in the room to make tea or coffee which was unusual and no English speaking tv channels were available. Hotel staff were generally helpful and quality... More

If you want an excellent hotel away from the touristy parts, but still close to everything, then this hotel is for you. It's a 3 min tram ride (or 15-20 min walk) to the Main train station and is quiet and peaceful at night. The area is a safe and there's good restaurants close by. I can recommend the hotel... More

This is a good and affordable place in Prague. Although not so central, it is located near a tram that you can take into the central or historic area. Unfortunately, you have to climb a massive hill to get there but it is available to you none the less. The hotel was small and clean and the staff was helpful... More

I have stayed at 3 crowns twice in the past three years and still rate it as a great hotel that should have a 4 star rating. The entrance is stunning and I would strongly recommend the superior room over the regular. It's not that much of a price jump in reality, but the difference is amazing: clean and modern... More

When writing reviews I think you have to remember what you paid for the accommodation! You get what you pay for. Me and my boyfriend visited Prague on 5th December for 3 days and paid just £150 for 3 days (inc flights) we were staying a basic room at the hotel, yet it still had everything that we needed. Cleans... More

November 23rd 2011 At present we are stopping for a 4 day break at this hotel. On arrival we were advised we were in room 411 across the road from the actual hotel. On entering the room I can onlÿ describe it as a 1*. The room was dated and looked as though it had been robbed of its furnishings... More

We found the hotel to be much better than we could expect, considering the price. The room did look very much like the pictures on hotel website (not like the picture on tripadvisor though, that’s a premium room that costs more), only a bit more spacious. The breakfast was simple, nutritious and tasty enough. Staff were friendly and helpful, the... More

We went for a holiday to Prague and stayed at the Three Crowns for 5 nights. The staff were helpful, the location only a 30 minute walk to the centre of town. The restaurants in the area were lovely and much cheaper than the centre of town. More
