Mostly great - location, room look, staff helpfulness, location, breakfast, location. Historic and quaint. Safe was out of order in first room, so they upgraded us to a fantastic suite. Elevator broke on a Saturday, but was fixed on Monday. Front desk helped book tours and restaurants. I would stay here again.

The lift goes up to 3rd floor where the entrance to the suite is, then we have to climb a flight of about 20 steps to get to the suite itself.
