The hostel was really sweet and cosy, the rooms were big and had a lot of security (for your bags-if they fit, and a small box). The rooms had a small table in the middle and a sink (great when it's too cold to talk to the bathroom, to brush your teeth) The staff are super friendly as helpful! Great... More

The hostel was fantastic. The staff were friendly and engaging and were more than happy to help with advice and suggestions. The map they have us ended up being very helpful on more than one occasion. It's a bit far away from the centre of town but it takes 10mins in a taxi. The bar downstairs was nice and a... More

Sir toby's is a great base to explore prague. The reception staff are very helpful and provide you with a detailed map including which trams, metros or buses are best depending on what you want to see. They also provide a transport pass which you can rent for as long as you need which is very helpful. There is a... More

This place rocks. All of the staff I interacted with and also observed were very very friendly and helpful with directions and tips were to sight see. The atmosphere all around is very comfortable. The basement is very inviting, roomy, and a great place to socialize with other travelers. At first appearance I was thinking, sort of out of the... More

I decided on a whim to go away for the recent Easter weekend and picked Sir Toby's somewhat at random. I wasn't disappointed! I'll skip over the location thing as that's been mentioned before - yes it IS a bit further out but a 10 minute tram is no biggie! What was immediately noticeable is the level of attention each... From the point of checking in right up until check out, I loved how friendly and helpful the staff were. A real plus for the hostel. The actual hostel itself is well set out and has a very nice design, the rooms are relatively spacious and beds comfortable. The lounging/social/kitchen area is awesome and a great area to chill and... More

While the location was a little out of the way in terms of tourist sites, I can't complain about the hostel itself. I arrived at 4 in the morning and even though they should've made me wait till 1p.m., they let me check in early and get some much-needed sleep. I booked a 6-bed female room but had the whole... Yes, I know you are probably shocked that I’m recommending a hostel – especially one in such an off-the-beaten track location – but I can assure you that Sir Toby’s is no ordinary hostel. Not only does it offer private rooms, but it also boasts a remarkably fabulous interior design scheme. The rooms are simple, cozy and thoughtfully decorated with... More

From the best check-in speech we ever had to a very nice check out my boyfriend and I absolutely loved it there. The staff is really welcoming, helpful and professional (special thanks to Richard, you rock!!). Breakfast was really good too so we had it every morning. We also took one of the tours which was very good. We slept... More
