Located in the centre, just 5 minutes walk to most of attractions, quite variable breakfast under a glass roof, helpful staff. We were surprised at how clean and neat the room was. And it was spacey and quiet.Check-in and -out were smooth and quick. When we asked for a couple of hours extra for parking in their garage, they let... More

Good location, good room, certainly warm and clean - only issues were no full length mirror or shower curtain supplied. Good local restaurants nearby - just go out and look for them - took us 3 minutes to find two. More

This hotel is located in Nove Mesto, Prague, in a quiet small street by Stepanska. It's about 10-15 minutes walk to Stare Mesto and the shopping area, and a few bars and pubs nearby the hotel as well. The hotel has a small bar and a meeting room which can hold seminars and meetings for up to about 40 participants,... More

We had no high expectations as we had paid peanuts for this hotel. We did a 5 country tour of Europe on a budget and when we enter this hotel we were not sure we were at the right place.... Wow! Is completely modern, service was awesome, clean, breakfast was incredible ( and in a lovely room), beautiful and very... More

Location: About a 5 minute walk to the underground. Not central though... If you want a nice and cheap hotel NOT central, I would recommend this hotel. Otherwise, if you still want a nice hotel BUT central, I would recommend looking in "Mala Strana" or "Stare Mesto". Hotel: Nice hotel but not so clean in the rooms.... stains on carpets... More

We stayed for 4 days in the middle of July and thought of the hotel as "ok at best." There is nothing particularly wrong with the hotel. It is clean enough, the breakfasts are ok (although the breakfast staff is great), it is close enough to the sites, but not all that close, and the rooms are reasonably up to... More

We stayed here for four nights whilst seeing the sights of Prague. The Hotel itself & our room were extremely clean & very nice! The breakfast has lots of choice from Pastries, Cheeses, Meats to Broccoli & Carrots? Not to everyone's taste but there is certainly plenty of choice! It's in a great location for walking to the center of... More

I stayed there for three nights in late May 2011. The hotel is located on a narrow, quiet street which is close to Wenceslas sq. and a few metro & tram stops. The room was small but clean whilst the furniture was pretty basic. The room also offered Internet access via UTP cable (no WiFi). Breakfast included rather limited choices... More

Stayed at The Crystal Palace Hotel Prague in early June not by choice but due to an administrative error by Innstant.com hotel booking service I was placed there. The hotel is situated in a very quite side street minutes away from the tourist area and is well placed for tram and metro connections. It has a small reception which is... More
