We have visited the hotel couple of days ago. Rooms are spacious, clean. But the windows are very old, so u have the wind outside, inside the room. Thx God, the receptionist provided the electrical heater, otherwise we would freeze directly in the room. Staff in the restaurant was unfriedly - no hello, no how can I help u. Better... More

Although a little way out it is close to the underground, and only a 15 minute walk to the railway station. Staff couldn't be more helpful. Room not big but everything needed for a comfortable stay. When I needed to check flight details the hotel gave their e-mail address and printed the details for me.

If location is important to you then this isn't the hotel for you. It's a 10 minute walk from Wenceslas Square & a 20 minute walk to the Old Town. Also the hotel advertises free wifi. This is true but you can only access it on the ground floor which is not much use if your room is on the... More

A little way out from the city centre but only a couple of minutes walk to the IP Pavlova tram / underground station and one or 2 stops later you are in the centre of Prague. Great room, plenty of space. Staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful.

This hotel was just a five minute walk from the local tram and metro station, which took us into the centre of Prague within 10 minutes. We arrived at 10.30am and were shown straight to our rooms, which allowed us to freshen up after an early start to the day. The reception staff were all friendly and helpful and the... More

Our Hotel Assenzio experience in Prague was outstanding and one we recommend highly. The location was perfect, which is especially important in a walking city like Prague. Thanks to special attention of Inge Lebedova - she is very polite and very friendly. We would definitely stay here again!

I am not a fussy person however do expect certain etiquette to be followed. First we were greeted by a receptionist that looked like she needed sleep. We were not allowed to check in as we were too early which was understandable, however the receptionist simply said no no no we can't allow it. Afterwards another member of staff very... More

Rooms clean and basic, as most European hotels no tea making facilities. No hot water on first night, food average and expensive, fridge in room. Breakfast OK, wifi free only on ground floor. Any issues raise with Gen Manager. Did Kutna Hora tour, got picked up from hotel, tour was good but a bit rushed even though it was 90mins... More

Firstly can I point out that its an Italian hotel that mainly is catered for the italians from the food to the TV channels. There is no english channel at all. The staff is a hit and miss. Some of them are helpful and esp the night receptionist just says no to everything you ask her. There is only one... More
