So far I've visited Prague several times and I'm in love with the city. Last time I stayed in Palace Road Hotel and I fell in love with Prague even more. The place is amazing and staff is extremely helpful! Romantic location, spacious rooms, very clean. I couldn't think of one thing not to love about it! More

Staying at the Palace Road Hotel was a real royal experience! The location was perfect, close to everything, yet not too noisy and crowded. The hotel itself, full of antiques and old paintings has a great atmosphere. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated in every detail. In fact, it could surely be called a suite. It had a lot... More

This hotel is in a perfect location, on the main road leading up to the castle and close to the Charles Bridge leading into Old Town. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Prague. As other reviews have noted, it is up a little hill from the tram stop. But if you're in Prague you'll be doing... More

We stayed at Palace Road which has been renamed from the Palace Steps for 4 nights on October 2011. Unfortunately we had our rental vehicle towed overnight as we did not realize that there is no parking at all allowed in Prague 1. The next morning, Rosie the manager went above and beyond and found our vehicle and mapped out... More

In November, 2010 we booked a 2 bedroom apartment for ourselves and another couple through an agency called Castle Steps for a July, 2011 vacation. Sometime between November and July Castle Steps was no more and Palace Road (a downsized version of Castle Steps) was where we were booked. Somehow this fact was never communicated to us. Still, our stay... More

We stayed in the Aspen room in 2009, in what was then called the Castle Steps. I guess it's called something else now. It was absolutely lovely. We picked the Aspen room, because we wanted some architectural flair, and it certainly had that - lovely arched ceilings. (If I'm in Prague, I do not want to end up in a... More

Paid less than anywhere else in Europe for a larger room with a jacuzzi. Great location near St. Nicholas, Charles Bridge, and the castle. Good breakfast, although European style. Very friendly and helpful staff. Computer with internet for free use. Also try the restaurant owned by the same people down the street. Ask the front desk for a discount card. More
