The hotel is conveniently located about 5 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and the nearest metro station. The hotel is clean with spacious rooms. I do have to lament about the Hotel staff's shortcomings and unpleasant approach. Management is really unprofessional, many times treating guests as simple criminals and petty thieves! Stayed for two nights and very comfy bed. Nicely decorated and clean. Breakfast was satisfactory but evening meal could have been better. I think the food is the only bad thing i have to say about this hotel. More

I stayed there once for a weekend it it was fine. Close to the Wenceslas square, all walking distance. Design room, quite new,spacious enough.
