The hotel is well located - walking distance to the major attractions. There was no problem with an early check in and late check out. The room (309) was very pleasant, with highly comfortable bed! There was not so much noise coming from the train tracks.

Stayed here during a whistle stop driving trip around Europe. We arrived exhausted, after 4 days of driving, to be honest we were a little apprehensive. The hotel is located in a walking distance from the Katowice railway station (next to the 5-star Hotel Monopol). The rooms are quite small and basic. The staff is nice but the reception guys work so slow, I always had to wait for an invoice at least 5 mins. Breakfast very typical, anything special, everyday the same menu.
