One of the most magic places I know, especially in winter - old hunting palace. Amazing architecture, very nice rooms and great restaurant. Pricey, but worth it. Would recommend to stay only in the main building, the rest are much less climatic.

This place is not designed/built to accommodate hotel guests and weddings at the same time - but that's what they do. Spent two nights there, several days apart, one with no wedding and one with. Service was fine, and I am not demanding, on the no wedding night. However, on the wedding night hotel guests take a back seat to... More

We booked the Duke apartments for a week in September this year. The location is superb, in the middle of the forest, just few steps from the lake. No cars, no other buildings, no noise. Peace and quiet. This combined with a superb restaurant and excellent service would make it potentially the best hotal we ever stayed (if you like... More

Myself and a friend used this hotel as a base while we visited Auschwitz. Being as though it was late in the season and also the middle of the week we were fortunate to almost have the hotel to ourselves. All of the staff were extremely helpful considering neither of us spoke much Polish and were always happy to help... More

This place brings quite mixed feelings. On one hand it is really nice palace, and it looks even more awesome in reality than in photos. Rooms are in style, which is nice only to some extent. Historic locks on doors are rather frustrating and one has to learn how to exactly door could be opened, beds are also not that... More

This place is like no other place we have ever stayed in our travels. Great service from check in to check out, beautiful and quiet location on an incredible piece of land (middle of a forest and overlooking a lake) It will remind you of a European fairly tale castle. The food is incredible, offering you local game (Boar, Venison,... More

I recently stayed at this hotel again twice and this time experienced none of the minor irritations of my first visit last year. The service was excellent this time. We stayed in the hunting lodge and the room was large and very comfortable, as was the bed. The food was excellent, both dinner and breakfast and the restaurant staff were... More

Old hunting lodge in the middle of the forest. We arrived during snowfall and it looked like an enchanted place, ideal for lovers. But also for businessmen like us it was ok. We stayed in luxury rooms and they were fine, even if shower was not the top and I could hear people speaking in the next room. Breakfast was... More

Didn't stay overnight but went for dinner with business colleagues. The building is amazing and the food suited it perfectly. I note other peoples problems with the service, we didn't experience this at all.

Firstly, we were actually there in July of last year (sorry, it took us a while to recover from our trip :)). Anyway, I'm not going to repeat juneflyAmsterdam's points because they were all spot on, but I would like to add my own observations.. First the good - We stayed in one of the royal suites (Princess Daisy suite)... More
