We didn't expect it would be so great! Great service, true 5*. Excellent little garden for walkings. Big and delicious breakfast! Only 10 minutes from the center. Clean, cosy. It worth it, believe me. Recommend!

Nice hotel but certainly not for tourists! It's too far from the centre of Krakow, the airport was closer!!!! Very noisy at night. We stayed here for 4 nights in September 2012. For what we paid we got a real bargain, the hotel was to a very high standard, had no complaints about rooms, Reception was filled with helpful young ladies who did all they could to give assistance. Nice gardens and grounds to the rear. Good food and atmosphere

Great value for money and rather excellent food. However the service is slow-ish, the location is pretty poor (nice landscaped park but far from the old town) and in my understanding it should not be a 5-star hotel. Would still conditionally recommend it.
