Nice, small and old fashion a hotel very close to the city centre - about 200m. Just do not take a room from site where is street. There is too noisy. Rest is ok. more

Location superb and value for money excellent. Clean. Very near the Old Town and walking distance to just about everywhere you are likely to want to go. Room was comfortable without being 'wow' and hotel was very quaint in a 'step back in time' kind of way. Down sides - (1) the hotel has no bar at all, (2) the... more

The Hotel is in a old building, in the heart of old town (5 minute walk from Rynek, 5 alsso from railway station) but in a quiet place. Rooms are old style, with lot of wood, some with a nice view of the Slowackiego Theater. Breakfast is ordinary, good the service at reception. We stayed in Christmas time and the athmosfere... more

Rooms clean and OK for two sharing per room, small en-suite but when you're on a stag a bed anywhere will do; however this Hotel was clean, the staff friendly and above all very... more

I stayed at the Hotel Pollera for 3 nights and was very happy. The rate was 40 USD/night including tax and Breakfast (their web site had a special for 3 nights for the price of 2 - 190 PLN). The room was small but clean with older furnishings and a comfy bed. The bathroom was nice and the shower was... more

The hotel is beautiful. Yes, the decor is a little tired but it adds to the charm, it is the oldest hotel in Krakow. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the bathroom was small but the shower was hot and strong. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was fine, you get what you expect for a continental buffet.... more
