Nicely located near the centre and Jewish Qtr. Great breakfast, loads of choice. Room clean, quiet with comfy beds. Swimming pool small but clean and warm, with hot tub. Fitness centre small but adequate. Great central quality hotel.

I was on Business to Krakow and stayed here for a night. The hotel was very clean with a good service. The room are very well equiped with iPod, iPhone players which charge your device as well. Our family spent three nights in two joined rooms. Hotel is well located, it takes 15 minutes to walk to the main square, 10 minutes to Wawel, and 20 minutes to Kazimierz, where all bars and restaurants are. We stayed here for four nights in April 2013. Reasonable price (b & b) but had to pay all upfront when booking some months prior. Took the train from Balice - easy to get lost in the station - and taxi on to hotel. Early check in so had to wait for preferred room. But staff were more than helpful... More

On a trip in mid April 2013 we found the air conditioning in bedroom not working. As it was uncomfortably hot and difficult to sleep I complained to reception who informed me that the air conditioning was switched off in winter. I will chose my hotel more carefully in future. William
