My boyfriend and I recently returned from a four day trip to Poland where we stayed at this hotel. We found the hotel staff pleasant and desperate to please. 2nd time here in 2011! As other reviewers have said, the tram into Krakow is 10mins down the road (walking slowly). This is just past the TESCO Hypermarket. Overall I'd say the hotel is a okay four star hotel, you get quite a lot for the price you pay. The distance to the old town and the castle is a minor hassle, but not too bad. Our experience was tainted by a very rude waitress, but still most personnel were courteous. More
