I am one extremely fussy person and was a little nervous having booked this hotel after some other reviews I had read - no need to worry the hotel was perfect in every way. From the moment we checked in until the moment we checked out all staff could not have done more to accomodate our every need. The room... More

Great hotel, half way between the market square and the Wawel Castle, so ideally located. We had an attic room with small windows with limited views, but no complaints about the quality of the accommodation. Breakfast buffet in the cozy cellar included plenty of choice, with specially cooked alternatives such as omelettes and pancakes available. Staff very friendly: I lost... More

Really happy with this hotel. Its close to everywhere...halfway between the main square and Wawel Hill. everything you could want within 200 yards..cafes ,restaurants, shops and convenience stores, mainline tramstop etc. I paid £120 for three nights with breakfast. Staff were helpful (found me a converter for phone charger) and suggested a nearby restaurant which was the nicest place I... More

My partner and I stayed here last week for 4 nights and we we miss Krakow and the Senacki already! The hotel location is fantastic we walked from the train station with one wheely case each and it was fine. We got room 101 overlooking the church and right above the reception, although the rooms were large and views were... More

First of all I would say that the hotel location is great, only a few minutes walk from the main square in Krakow and the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was top notch, very tasty with a good range and they make a lovely coffee here! We stayed on a Monday night in room 103. I presume... More

This hotel's location was its main attraction when I booked and it did not disappoint. It is situated roughly mid way between the main square and the Wawel on a busy but not noisy street. There is a tram stop 200 metres from the hotel for anyone not wanting to walk far and the main square is only 200 metres... More

Great location, charming, modernised about 10 years ago, excellent breakfast, helpful staff, fair price. Some niggles: Only 4 coat hangers between 2 of us, we asked for more and were told "no". Wifi weak signal on 4th floor, best to stand on the landing! Fourth floor has Velux windows, you need to stand on the bed or a chair to... More

This hotel could use some serious upgrading. The good points are the nice breakfast buffet, friendly staff, the modern and spacious bathroom and a good location, albeit with noise during the day from pedestrians, the click clack of the horses pulling tourists in carriages, and an accordion player performing into the evening. It’s pretty quiet during the night. The worst... More

Boutique Hotel conveniently located in the very heart of Krakow old town. Especially recommended to all the foodies who enjoy a late breakfast served with a smile! One star off for both noise and the shower curtain in room 306; tastefully decorated, large bathroom with a very annoying piece of fabric doing little to prevent flooding of the whole floor... More

Many thanks for your kind comments. Each one of our rooms is individually designed and I would like kindly inform that curtain in bathroom which you mentioned exists only because of the fact that room no 306 is equipped with facilities for disabled guests . I am sorry that we were not initially able to allocate you such a room... More

When traveling extensively in Europe, many hotels tend to take on the same feel and appearance, especially the corporate hotels of the major hotel chains, which cater for business people first and tourists second. It was therefore a pleasant surprise when we arrived at the Senacki, which is definitely not a corporate hotel but one that caters for genuine tourists.... More
