We absolutely loved it. It is extremely beautiful, perfect location and wonderful fitness center. And the staff couldn't have been more helpful and just plain nice. So sad it is so far away. I would love to stay there again and would recommend it to all. Definitely worth the extra.

Amazing hotel (one of three of the same owners, with Copernicus and Pod Roza) - old style proprety, nicely refurbished, walking distance from main square. Lovely hotel. Very close to main square in old town. Looks nothing from the outside but inside is a very different story. Staff very helpful, everywhere spotless. Room large and comfortable. Food was amazing. Pool and spa area where great but pool a little chilly. Would be really nice in the summer months but a little pricey I think.

Hotel with style and character, though rooms were a bit sterile for our taste (but extremely spacious). We had a delightful dinner: beautiful setting and a great menu with creative interpretations of Polish food such as beetroot risotto. Breakfast was heavenly! Fantastic location within walking distance of key sights including Cloth Hall, Wavel Castle, and tram ride to Kazimierz old Jewish Quarter.
