Hotel is very close to city center, about 5 minuts walk. Room was small but with fridge, free access to internet and showers. To the main railway station is about half kilometer. Free parking places. Very freindly staff.

“Surly staff, smoky smell, noisy!!!”

Arrived to find surly staff, rundown hotel but clean, very smoky smell everywhere. Rooms to front (facing road) noisy due to traffic, rear rooms quieter. Uninspiring "dining room", breakfast good continental selection, other meals very much fast food. THIS IS A DRY HOTEL!! Other major drawback is very noisy parties in function room and pool table in reception draws noisy... More

Because the other hotel in Raciborz was fully booked, we had to stay one night in this hotel. And it was terrible, however, later we got to know, that they are different standards in the different rooms. Perhaps we just got the wrong room. The staff is o.k. but not very friendly and accommodating. We wanted to get a double... More
