First we got room which were very cold (not yet refurnished rooms). We had even ice on our window inside. We told about this 2 times in reception and they always promised to do something. Nothing happened. 3th time they moved us to the better room, business class which were just refurnished :) very nice and comfy. After all, service... More

Very disappointing. A mixed bag of feelings about 1. service (kind/indifferent) 2. Cleanliness (clean/hairs in the barhroom floor and sink) 3. Food (very poor/palatable if hungry) etc. Will never stay there again. More

I recently enjoyed a lovely stay at this hotel in Warsaw. The radisson chain took over this previously Polish run hotel in October and have made a number of changes already. The breakfast is as good as any 5* hotel and fills you up enough for the whole day. There is complimentry internet in the lobby together with free printing.... More

Jan Sobieski is located a bit far away from the "center center" Warsaw. Anyway moderately and safe taxis are available 24 hours. Four stars hotel offers five stars service! That´s ok for me. I´ll be back here and will not return to Sheraton any more. Just every single detail during the 4 days stay was good. Breakfast, dinners, gym, sauna,... More

I was on a business trip and I definitely liked this place. The hotel rooms exuded warmth and were comfortable. The breakfast spread was large, international and very delicious. The staff were very hospitable. I would like to make a special mention of the concierge, who you would meet in the morning to organize a cab to go to office,... More

Stayed 3 nights for business. The hotel is quite ugly, in my mind, the surroundings are boring. There is a 20 minute walk to the center and 30 minutes to the "old town". Nothing to see in the "old town" as it is a replica built in the 1960s-1970s for ideologocal reasons. The Poles missed a great chance to build... More

I stayed there at the end of September, for 4 days, for business matters. I must say I'm very satisfied with the hotel and the employees, especially those in the catering. The reception was also helpful, although too few for the size of the hotel, and quite slow in busy hours. The room was nice and clean and although it... More

Stayed only one night, so I can't say much on hotel itself, except, that stuff was really helpful and nice. But the breakfast... it was absolutely fantastic! Probably the best one a have ever had at the hotel! Also the price is very reasonable. Highly recommended! More

Stayed 3 nights end of October 2011. Recently become a Raddison brand, Reception area very nice - reception staff/check in/out a bit slow. Location - not in centre - about 15/20 min walk or £6 taxi - surrounding area a bit grey and noisy - sits on a main 2/3 lane intersection- be aware use the crossings! Rooms- the standard... More

I stayed here for one night during a business trip. The hotel is a nice business hotel with free cable internet, a nice room with a good bed and a good breakfast. It is a bit out of the centre but my biggest disappointment was the fron desk. Check in took about 10 minutes (the was nobody in front of... More
