A great hotel with friendly and accommodating staff. The beds are to die for.... I'd definitely stay there again. The only criticism I have is the cost of Internet (not even wireless!) @ 77 zloty (c £15)/24 hours. In this day and age when you expect free wireless everywhere, it came as a bit of a shock. Hopefully this will... More

Hi, I have to say, the Westin Warsaw was perfect. Staff were extremely important . It is tough to name a few staff, because it would be unfair to rest of them. But, Marta at front desk was great, Agnieska, in The Executive lounge was so nice. All of the staff from fitness area to room service to executive lounge,... More

I was able to book a room using the Delta SkyMiles Marketplace at a very good rate! The reviews for this hotel are true, it is an excellent hotel at a great value! The *only* negative was the lack of free internet in the room, but there is free wifi in the lobby/atrium. Everyone spoke English very well and the... More

Spent 2 nights during a business trip. Location, service, rooms, beds...all was very good. The only exception being no-wireless in the rooms. However, there is a cable connection. More

First of all the hotel is located in the center of the city. It takes about 30 minutes to reach old town by walk. Rooms are very nice and comfortable, however please ask for room in some silent corner of the building with window not at the street. It could be little noisy because along the main street run trams.... More

Overall, the Westin is a nice hotel, with great staff and facilities. But in this day an age, for a hotel in this price bracket, I would expect free wifi, and better in room entertainment. The price of the hotel movie channel was utterly ridiculous (more expensive than going to the cinema!). More

I spent 3 nights at the Westing hotel taking profit of a very cheap offer that i found on the web. The double room with twin beds is very nice and confortable. The beds are terrific and you sleep really well. The hotel is situated in the city, the commercial heart of Warsaw near restaurants and shopping malls. The old... More

We stayed in the Westin for 3 nights in November and couldn't believe how cheap it was for the standard of hotel. The staff on check in were friendly and helpful, particularly as none of the 5 of us had visited Warsaw before. The rooms (classic rooms) were decently sized, especially the bathroom with the large shower area. The bed... More

Good city view from the executive rooms, comp english newspaper (although they are badly stapled and tend to fall apart), executive lounge open all day for coffee/pastries plus complimentary hors d'ouvres and drinks during cocktail hour, extra 30min breakfast service for exec rooms. Enthusiastic and friendly staff in the exec lounge. More
